The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of the directive n. 95/46 / EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link. 1 – The data controller Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “Data Controller”, as well as responsible for any personal data processed following the use of this website, is the company “SoundFly S.r.l.”, Via A. Manzoni 181, 80123, Naples.

2 – Location of data processing The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters of the company SoundFly S.r.l. and are only handled by the data controller. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. We invite our users through the e-mail addresses indicated on the site not to send names or other personal data of third parties that are not strictly necessary, nor sensitive and / or judicial data pursuant to art. 4 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (“sensitive data”, personal data suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life; “judicial data”, personal data suitable for revealing measures referred to in Article 3, paragraph 1 , letters from a) to o) and from r) to u), of the Presidential Decree November 14, 2002, n. 313, in the matter of criminal records, the registry of administrative sanctions depending on the crime and the related pending charges, or the status of accused or suspected person pursuant to articles 60 and 61 of the criminal procedure code. We do not collect or disclose personal information of users revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political nature. or trade union, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life.

4 – Types of data processed
4.1 – Navigation data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment (such as operating system used, browser version), the method used to submit the request to the server (GET or POST). These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data in question could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the website in question.

4.2 – Data provided voluntarily by the user The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails and / or telephone numbers to any addresses indicated on this site or the compilation of the appropriate communication forms entails the subsequent acquisition of the e-mail address and / or telephone number of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other data included in the message. No data deriving from the web service will be communicated or disseminated to others.

4.3 – Cookies A cookie is a textual element that is inserted into the hard drive of a computer only after authorization. If you agree, the text is downloaded in a small file. Cookies have the function of allowing access to the provision of the service by functioning as security filters and allowing web applications to send information to individual users. The portal, for strictly technical reasons of IT security, uses session cookies (which are automatically deleted from your browser when it is closed). Cookies are not used to transmit information of a personal nature. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe browsing and efficient site. The so-called Session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other IT techniques that are potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of the user’s personal identification data.

5 – Optional provision of data Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide their personal data through the contact section of this internet portal to request an information and / or communication service. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain and pursue this service and therefore what is requested through the appropriate contact sections.
